At times, our owners allow us to take a non-refundable deposit from prospective tenants. This is on a case-by-case basis.
Normally, the first month's rent is paid with the security deposit. In certain circumstances depending on credit/rental history, the last month's rent will be paid before moving in as well.
You can pay rent online through the "Tenant Login" tab on our website. Through this portal, you can pay rent via ACH payment, credit card payment, or debit card payment.
To apply, you must be of legal age in your respective state or province.
Renter's insurance is required to protect your personal belongings. It provides valuable coverage in case of unexpected events.
Amenities vary by property but may include fitness centers, swimming pools, community spaces, and more. For specific details, please check the property listing or contact our office.
We prioritize your safety. Depending on the property, security measures may include gated access, surveillance cameras, and well-lit common areas.
Usually pets are allowed. However, any restrictions are decided on by each individual property owner.
If you have a maintenance issue, you can submit a maintenance request through our online portal or contact our maintenance team directly. For urgent matters, please call our emergency maintenance line.
We strive to address maintenance requests promptly. The time frame for resolution depends on the nature of the issue, but we aim to resolve them as quickly as possible. For normal maintenance repairs, we will have maintenance scheduled within 24 hours from notification of the issue. For emergencies, we will have maintenance on the property the same day.
For emergencies after office hours, please refer to our emergency contact information provided to tenants.
Any modifications to the property must be approved by the property management. Please contact us with your request, and we will guide you through the process.
Breaking a lease may have financial consequences. Please refer to your lease agreement or contact our office to discuss your situation and explore possible options.
Before your lease expiration, we will reach out to discuss renewal options. You can express your interest in renewing, and we'll guide you through the necessary steps.
Please review your lease agreement for guidelines on submitting a Notice to Vacate, and contact us as soon as possible to avoid any fees.
We will provide you with move-out instructions and a checklist before the end of your lease. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth move-out process.
